Our personalisation service allows you to work closely with our team to create something entirely unique, whether for yourself or as a meaningful gift.
After your purchase, you will receive an email within 24 hours where you can submit your initials. Please allow 5–7 working days for the personalisation process to be completed.
Please note that €19,95 is the price for a single embroidery on one bag. No returns accepted on custom orders.

- Jacquard fabric
- Do not machine wash.
- Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.
- Air dry.
- Vanity: Waterproof interior. Wipe clean as needed.

For our embroidery service, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and fulfillment.
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
